Checking On Your Shipment Status

We send customers a confirmation email for each order they receive, and another email confirming shipment when your package departs our warehouse. Each of these emails contains a link to access the shipping status and tracking information for your shipment. Please check these emails to confirm the status of your shipment.

Making Changes To Your Order

If you wish to change an order, please CALL US as soon as possible. Since we process orders quickly, there is very limited time to make a change prior to your package being shipped, therefore, please call at 866-969-7245. Our daily shipment cut-off is 6:00 PM eastern time Monday - Friday.
